Is the RV parking covered or indoor?
No. These are open-air, paved outdoor spaces. If your boat fits on its trailer inside a 10x20 or 10x30 drive-up unit, that's the enclosed option — ask and we'll size it with you.
When can I get to my RV or boat?
Gate access is 6 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, with your personal gate code.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Parking is month-to-month. Stay for one season or year-round; give 10 days' notice when you're done. Every new parking rental also comes with a 12-month rate guarantee: your monthly rate won't go up during your first 12 months.
What do I need to rent a space?
A photo ID plus the vehicle's license (registration), proof of ownership and proof of insurance for whatever you're parking, trailers included. Checkout asks for all three. The vehicle or trailer needs to be in running or towable condition.
Can I live in or work on my RV there?
No. Spaces are for parking and storage only — no overnight stays and no major repairs on the lot.
How do I get the discount?
Students get 15% off with a valid student ID, and active-duty military, veterans and first responders get 15% off. Mention it when you sign up and we apply it to your account. Student and military discounts cannot be combined with each other or with the move-in offer.
